  • Q: Can I receive documentation on Bi-Cycle?
    A: If you send an email to info@Bi-Cycle.com, you can request the brochure with detailed product information on Bi-Cycle.

    Q: How do I get technical support?
    A: Technical support is available for all BiCycle users by email, fax and telephone. You can reach us by sending an email to support@Bi-Cycle.com.

    Q: What is your process for bug fix resolution, and what is your average turnaround time when notified of a problem?
    A: We keep a journal in Bi-Cycle where users can report bugs and can make improvement suggestions. Bugs are generally fixed within two days. However Bi-Cycle has already been severely debugged so most journal records will be suggestions for improvements.
